Media DNN - Bali | TNI AD Territorial Staff organized the socialization of the territorial doctrine of TNI AD TA 2023 in Kodam IX/Udayana on the theme "How We Grow the Army Through Binter", Socialization activities led by Territorial Assistant (Aster) Kasdam IX Udayana, Colonel Inf. Paban II/Puanter Sterad, head of the socialization team, informed in his greeting that the TNI Army has published the new TNI AD Territorial Doctrine approved by Decision No. Kep/1106/XII/2022 of December 9, 2022. This new territorial doctrine is the result of the revision of the Territorial Mother Doctrines in 2018 faced with the changes in the stratification of the doctrines, the publication of legislative regulations related to the territorial functions, as well as the advice of the teamwork of Kasad territorial policy in early 2022.
“The change and development of doctrines, in particular the territorial doctrine, is based not only on lessons learned and strategic beliefs but also on legislative regulations relating to territorial functions. regional command unit as the main element that performs the main function of construction," he revealed.
Furthermore, the head of the socialization team said that the territory, in the implementation of its duties from the peace to the war period, of course needed a strong legal basis when coordinating and collaborating with the president and all the other components of the nation to avoid doubts and missed perceptions of authority. In this new territorial doctrine, a number of laws and regulations have been laid down as the legal basis for our service in the field.
"Other significant changes in this new territorial doctrine compared to previous territorial domain doctrines include changes in the understanding of Binter, Object Binter, and territorial organic functions, which will later be explained in depth by the socialization demonstration team," he said.
