Keerom |Indonesian Pamtas Task Force personnel-PNG Mechanical Infantry Battalion 512/QY Pos Waris were present as assistant teachers to support the local government in educating the Papuan generation at the YPPK Waris Elementary School, Banda Village, Waris District, Keerom Regency, Papua.

According to Dansatgas, the teaching activities carried out by Pos Waris personnel with the subject matter of national insight are a form of concern in educating and increasing the motivation and enthusiasm for learning for the younger generation to achieve their goals.
"With the arrival of the TNI as an assistant teacher in schools, it will make children more enthusiastic in learning to achieve their dreams," said the Dansatgas.
The cooperation between Pos members and the school has been well established, this effort is carried out as a form of TNI participation in the world of education in border areas.
In addition to providing material, another goal carried out by Pos Waris members is to provide support and motivation so that later children in border areas are able to compete with children in other areas in terms of education.
"This is our hope, they are able to build their own village and develop into youths who can rely on the nation and state from the border areas," concluded the Dansatgas.
During the visit, members of Pos Waris led directly by Danpos Letda Inf Tatok received a good response from the teachers, the children were also very enthusiastic when listening to the stories and motivations of Pos Waris members.
